The position of International Assistance Coordinator is about helping travellers in difficult situations abroad. In doing this you will be expected to:
- Handle any inbound or outbound communication related to assistance. This can be with an insurance policyholder (traveller) in medical need, medical or technical providers, agents, customers and other Euro-Center Offices.
- Register all communications and taken actions in the company’s systems.
- Coordinate adequately all logistic arrangements locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with the Medical Team according to Euro-Center’s escalation process.
- Have a good knowledge of all products plus be able to quickly, and efficiently check policy terms and conditions required for the case.
- Be able to understand the available medical provider network and identify preferred providers in different countries adequate for an ongoing case.
- Work in close coordination with senior colleagues and managers.
